RECIPE – Light and authentic Spaghetti Carbonara
What you need: 450ml Milk, 250g Bacon-cut into small cubes, and 320g Spaghetti (drained).
How to cook: Cook spaghetti separately according to instructions. Chop bacon into small cubes and fry until crisp. Blend the packet contents with milk, gently boil whilst stirring. Once the sauce has thickened, add the bacon and spaghetti then mix together. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
