MAKERS OF QUALITY CRAFT SAUSAGES & DRY-CURED BACON
We produce all our own sausages in-house using traditional craft methods and prime quality cuts of free-range pork. There’s a wide variety of different flavoured sausages available, including our best-selling Manor Banger. We also make all our own bacon which is cut, cured and sliced and in-store and smoked locally, offering bacon with amazing flavour that doesn’t shrivel up in the pan when cooking!
