How to Cook
Sweet Chilli Chicken Drumsticks can be oven-cooked, air-fried, grilled or barbecued.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / Gas 6. Arrange the drumsticks on a suitable roasting tray in a single layer and cook thoroughly, turning during cooking to help them colour evenly.
Air Fryer: Arrange the drumsticks in the basket without overcrowding. Cook until golden and thoroughly cooked through, turning during cooking as required.
Grill or BBQ: Cook over a moderate heat, turning regularly until thoroughly cooked through.
Because Pureety Sweet Chilli seasoning contains sugar, avoid excessively high heat, which can cause the seasoning to catch before the chicken has cooked through.
Cooking times vary according to drumstick size and appliance, so always check the internal temperature before serving.
