100% pasture-fed, from a small selection of farms in the Scottish Lowlands and Borders. Our beef is of the highest quality, tender and flavoursome. We’ve an excellent choice of dry aged steaks and joints. Plus; beef strips for fajitas and stir fry, meaty short ribs and the best rib on the bone you’ll ever taste.

Beef Stew
For an extra special stew, choose our full-flavoured diced beef rump. We love to add a dash of red wine and a few mushrooms to ours. Serve with mash and greens. Delicious!
